The parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, and in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter contained, agree as follows: Client agrees to owners SCOPE OF WORK to include: - 1 - 1:1 Monthly Content Meeting (1-2 hours) - Unlimited Phone & Email communication - Basic SEO (search engine optimization) setup in content -Instagram & Facebook set up & streamlined - (3-5) Custom social media post graphics posted and scheduled per month - 1 Monthly Newsletter Created and scheduled via mailchimp software -Google Business Page Creation Client understands the monthly content depends greatly on the clients participation and availability during content meetings at specified times so that we can stay on track! PAYMENT FEE Client shall pay to the owner a Non-Refundable deposit fee of $1000 at contract signing. Thereafter the Client shall pay to the owner a monthly Non-Refundable fee of $1000 at the 1st of every month. Payments May Be Made By Cash Or Credit/Debit Card. TERMINATION Owner may terminate this Agreement based upon failure of client to pay the monthly Fee or any other charges due hereunder when the same is due. CANCELLATION client may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 30 days prior to the following month by providing written notice of such election to owner, at no cost to client. If client shall elect to so cancel this agreement less than 30 days prior to delivery Date, Lessee will be charged 100% of the following monthly fee. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal actions, claims or demands shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of California.
